Ignore AMP links in sitemap

Looks like a problem with permalinkable. I had to disable it with

[outputFormats]
 [outputFormats.AMP]
    permalinkable = false

Looks like a bug? Similar to https://github.com/gohugoio/hugo/issues/5849
