Hugo equivalent for Liquid syntax to add ordinal date suffixes

I found this solution. The long form works as expected, but the short ‘humanize’ one didn’t work as expected.

Print ordinal date suffixes (st/nd/rd/th)

Golangs $date.Format is unable to add ordinal suffixes to dates (like 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th). Let’s not judge Golang for that.
