I’m probably going to ask something that is very easy to find a solution for, but I don’t know what it’s called or what’s the search terms I should look for.

My homepage at [helpdeskheadesk.net/](http://helpdeskheadesk.net/) features a list of summaries of all my posts. As my blog grows older, this list becomes longer. I want to have, say, 10 items on the page and then have a “next” link or similar that would link you to the next 10 posts, etc, going from most recent to oldest.

My understanding is that this is probably an option in a page range, choosing an order type (from most resent etc.) but how would it look like? What am I looking for?

Thanks!

You need to configure pagination. See the documentation at:

> **[Pagination](https://gohugo.io/templates/pagination/#readout)**
>
> Hugo supports pagination for your homepage, section pages, and taxonomies.

Also search the forum. There are plenty of topics about pagination.
