Do I need to add hasCJKLanguage = true to each translation file?

On my website, I use Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. I have added the parameter hasCJKLanguage = true in hugo.toml. Should I add this parameter for each translation file, for example, for index.ko.html or index.zh-Hans.html in the front matter?

hasCJKLanguage = true

The documentation suggests that I should use this parameter both in the hugo.toml configuration and in the front matter for each language file. Am I rigth?

To clarify, the field names are different. Either enable it site wide or on a page-by-page basis, the latter wins.
