Creating static webpages from a data.toml file

I have a use-case where there is a video library page that lists all videos along with their associated variables (title, speakers, descriptions, etc.) within the range of a specific /data/videos.toml data file.

This part functions perfectly fine. What I’m wondering is if it is possible to define the logic that for each video tile generated, the user should be able to select the video title and navigate to a Video Description page for that specific video (/videos/my-specific-video). Instead of defining individual static pages for each video description page, I’d like to have it apply a template where all variables for that video description page are substituted.

Is it possible to implement the logic in Hugo for creating a static webpage on-the-fly that applies the template specified and can substitute the variables for the current video description?

not yet.
