Command "hugo import jekyll" does not work, if started from the hugo repository

When I start “hugo import jekyll <absolute_path_from> <absolute_path_to>” from the hugo repository (within the GOPATH), it doesn’t work. It says:

Error: Failed to load translations in file “i18n.go”: no language found in “i18n.go”

If I start it from another directory, however, outside of the GOPATH (not sure if this is the reason), it does work. The exact same command, with absolute paths.

I am pretty sure that it was working from the hugo repository directory before. Is this a bug? Or expected maybe?

My environment:
OS: macOS Sierra
Hugo version: Latest from the Github repository
IDE: Intellij IDEA with Go plugin (I tried it both from wthin the IDE and the cmd line, after go install)

Thanks,
Stefan
