Changes in config do not affect the ordering of the themes, only if you close the server

I’m testing the use of several themes to override various features, and the first test was the part of sorting where I found that changing the order in config.toml (reversing between them names) does not exist in the reload of the page using hot reload.

Only works if I close the server completely and open again.
