Cannot get mmark include to find the file. What am I doing?

No matter what I try with mmark include I can’t get it to find the file. I’ve tried with whitespace and no whitespace.

I’ve tried the following:

{{./warning_names.mmark}}
{{includes/warning_names.mmark}}
{{warning_names.mmark}}
{{ warning_names.mmark }}

None of them work. This is with 0.48 on a Windows 10 box.

Any idea what I’m doing wrong?
